Course Summary: DTA Staff Regulation Policy

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Staff Regulation Policy at Discovering Talents Academy (DTA). It equips all employees with a clear understanding of the expectations, rights, and responsibilities governing their conduct and professional practice within the school. Key areas covered include code of conduct, staff discipline and grievance procedures, attendance and leave policies, performance expectations, communication protocols, and procedures for addressing misconduct.
